We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale commercial electrical projects ranging from $10M–$15M
. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial electrical construction projects valued between $10M–$15M from award through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts
- Oversee scheduling and ensure alignment with master project timelines
- Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients, GCs, and stakeholders
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Supervise project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field staff
- Track project financial performance including labor productivity and job cost reporting
- Mitigate risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and NEC code requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial electrical projects
- Proven experience handling projects in the $10M–$15M range
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
