Role DescriptionThe Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site position based in Covington, GA. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing sales operations, and overseeing a high-performing team. The Director will also engage in business development activities, foster strong customer relationships, and lead the team to exceed performance expectations while driving business growth.
Qualifications- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong background in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including motivating and mentoring a team
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role and a deep understanding of the industry are advantageous
