Job Description & How to Apply Below

Lead PEC's Structural Steel Business Unit Picture your morning: you review the latest backlog and labor productivity reports, align forecasts to the division’s P&L targets, then step into a stand-up with Project Managers to fine-tune risk, procurement, and schedule. After lunch, you’re in the shop with the Manager removing bottlenecks, validating fabrication capacity against field needs, and closing the day with key customers to position PEC for strategic wins.

That’s a typical day when you own outcomes across sales, operations, quality, and profitability.

  • Identify attractive markets and new opportunities at acceptable risk levels and target margins.

Estimating & Preconstruction Excellence
  • Oversee all estimating activities and review major bids before submission.
  • Ensure estimating practices are accurate, competitive, and profitable.
