- Process customer orders, including scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Palletize completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing them on pallets.
- Re-palletize products for shipment as needed.
- Operate dock and ground/manual manifest stations, including shrink wrapping completed pallets.
- Transport pallets using material handling equipment when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties per departmental standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and compliant work area as per QSR guidelines.
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment and RF scanners.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR).
- Competency in operating electric pallet jacks.
- General computer skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures.
- Good mathematical skills for basic calculations.
