• Payrate: $17.50/hr
• Required Availability:
  Full-Time | Tues – Sat, 5am - 1:30pm

The Material Handler - Forklift will support warehouse operations in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, products and inventory using forklifts and other equipment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance and business needs.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move materials, finished goods and inventory throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, transport and stage products as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material handling records.
• Support warehouse organization and daily operational goals.
• Use basic computer systems for tracking and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance:
  Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic documents in English.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Exposure to moving equipment and changing temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching and repetitive hand movements required.
