Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Overtime may be required) ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler will be assembling kits for shipment, moving materials throughout the warehouse, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to maintain accuracy while meeting production and quality standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble kits and products on an assembly line Move pallets, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse Sort and inspect materials for quality assurance Maintain accurate quality and production documentation Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Operate basic material handling and inspection equipment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related experience 1+ continuous year with the same employer Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and documentation practices Ability to work overtime as needed Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse conditions

Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs regularly This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
