Position: Assembler Jobs  GA, Covington | Rose International Job

** Only qualified Assembler candidates located near the Covington, Georgia area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence**
* Education
  • High School Diploma (HS Diploma) or equivalent preferred but not required

    Required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, quality, or related environment
  • Must have at least one continuous year with the same employer
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Previous experience operating in warehouse or manufacturing settings
  • Candidates previously employed by the client are not eligible
  • Candidates must be available to work overtime as required
  • Relatives are not permitted to work together in this department

    Tech Skills
  • Ability to read rulers and inspection tools
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to maintain quality records and documentation
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English documents

    Physical Demands
  • Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, twisting, and grasping
  • Frequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot summer conditions with no AC and cold winter conditions with limited heating
  • Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments

    Responsibilities
  • Use inspection and light equipment to support production activities
  • Move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap products within warehouse or plant areas
  • Sort and inspect materials
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
  • Perform routine tasks following prescribed procedures
  • Adhere to SOPs and quality standards
  • Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as assigned

    Additional Information
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Overtime may be requested
  • Number of openings: 4
  • Work classification includes 3 Heavy and 1 Light positions
