Position: Assembler Jobs  GA, Covington | Rose International Job

** Only qualified Assembler located near Covington, GA to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence**
* Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

    Required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality environment
  • Must have remained with the same employer for at least one continuous year
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Previous BD/Bard employees will not be considered
  • Must be available to work overtime as required

    Tech Skills
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to read rulers and perform measurements
  • Experience maintaining quality records and documentation
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
  • Experience using inspection equipment, handcarts, and light material handling equipment

    Soft Skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good documentation practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

    Physical Demands
  • Frequent walking standing stooping kneeling crouching and reaching
  • Frequent pushing pulling grasping and twisting motions
  • Frequent use of hands for handling typing and repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot summer conditions with no air conditioning
  • Ability to work in cold winter conditions with limited heating
  • Ability to work in a moderate to loud work environment

    Responsibilities
  • Move materials parts assemblies and scrap products within the facility
  • Sort inspect and verify materials for quality standards
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
  • Complete routine production and warehouse tasks following established procedures
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
  • Use inspection equipment and material handling tools safely and effectively
  • Adhere to safety quality and operational guidelines
  • Support production and warehouse operations as assigned
