* Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality environment

Must have remained with the same employer for at least one continuous year

Experience working in a metrics-driven environment

Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English

Ability to perform basic math calculations

Previous BD/Bard employees will not be considered

Must be available to work overtime as required

Tech Skills

General computer skills

Ability to read rulers and perform measurements

Experience maintaining quality records and documentation

Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

Experience using inspection equipment, handcarts, and light material handling equipment

Soft Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Good documentation practices

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Physical Demands

Frequent walking standing stooping kneeling crouching and reaching

Frequent pushing pulling grasping and twisting motions

Frequent use of hands for handling typing and repetitive tasks

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in hot summer conditions with no air conditioning

Ability to work in cold winter conditions with limited heating

Ability to work in a moderate to loud work environment

Responsibilities

Move materials parts assemblies and scrap products within the facility

Sort inspect and verify materials for quality standards

Maintain accurate quality records and documentation

Complete routine production and warehouse tasks following established procedures

Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements

Use inspection equipment and material handling tools safely and effectively

Adhere to safety quality and operational guidelines

Support production and warehouse operations as assigned
