Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift (must have proven experience on reach forklifts)

Covington, GA

6‑month contract

Contract on W2 (US Citizens or GC Holders only)

Monday night to Thursday night 10:00 pm – 8:30 am. 40 hours per week. Daily OT as required. Worst‑case scenario Monday night to Thursday night 8:00 pm – 8:30 am.

• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area, process, or method. Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Work under general to limited supervision.
• Must have proven experience on reach forklifts.
• Position is not exclusively forklift; additional duties include palletizing, stacking boxes, and breaking down pallets. Team players only!

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Obtain and/or maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed.
• Basic skills training in an analytical, scientific, or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production). Effectively communicate at a level understood by co‑workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English and perform basic math calculations. Operate in a metrics‑driven environment.
• General computer skills.

• Work environment can be hot in summer months (no AC) and cold in winter months (limited heating). Noise level is moderate to loud.
