SHIFT: 7:00AM – 3:00PM but also must be flexible in the future for different shifts.
- Operate humanoid robots in a manufacturing environment, including using the control panel when required.
- Monitor robot performance during production to ensure consistent operation.
- Perform basic autonomous maintenance on humanoid robots (cleaning, inspections, routine checks).
- Identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues; escalation of complex problems to engineering or maintenance teams.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Accurately record operational data, downtime events, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to support smooth production flow.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, or automated machinery.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and inspections.
- Solid problem‑solving and communication skills for effective reporting and escalation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new robotic technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training a plus.
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMI) or robotic control panels.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic systems.
- Requires standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods.
- May involve shift work, overtime, and weekend schedules depending on production needs.
- Full‑time, on‑site role in a manufacturing setting.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $50,000 and $55,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
