Operate machines consistently and safely at standard levels of operation, accounting for waste, quality, efficiency and utilization;
Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine-related problems through adjustments to various parts of the machine;
Provide innovative solutions for production issues and support to less experienced personnel;
Complete end-of-shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities;
Inspect and recognize defective product and adjust machines to correct defects
