Set up extrusion machines by selecting and installing dies, configuring controls, and adjusting temperatures and pressures according to job specifications;
Operate and monitor the extrusion process to ensure materials are shaped correctly and meet specifications;
Inspect extruded products for defects and adjust machine settings to maintain quality;
Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs on machinery;
Maintain accurate production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities for performance tracking
