Process Operators
A local company in Covington GA is hiring for Process Operators. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule:
12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Load materials and inspect products to ensure quality standards.
- Record production information and equipment readings accurately.
- Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly.
- Safely use ladders and hoists, climb stairs, and use elevators when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of skilled manufacturing experience is highly preferred; chemical, industrial, or production experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Strong commitment to safety and established procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be available for all rotating shifts and interested in long-term employment.
