About the role:
Machine operators are critical to our success and one of the most important positions here hours are Monday
- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay starts at $25 an hour and the pay increases depending on experience.
In this role, you will primarily set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure consistent product quality. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, assisting with troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting minor repairs to keep production running efficiently.
On a daily basis, you will use computerized equipment, communicate regularly with team members, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities may include warehouse support such as loading and unloading delivery trucks. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking ownership of equipment performance. This role is especially well-suited for individuals seeking growth opportunities in both machine operation and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing experience is required, including hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Experience reading blueprints and/or technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight
