Position: Asst 1, Administrative

Must have at least one year of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing/or quality position. Must be one continuous year on the same job as a minimum.

· We are also having a difficult time with childish behavior on this team. We are looking for professionals who will pay attention and work, not gossip all day.

· This teams space is limited. They have 60+ people in a small space. So many of the folks are shoulder to shoulder while working.

· These are temp to hire roles. The Manager is very interested in converting people to FTE's.

Production Clerk

Kitting – Component Warehouse

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the retrieval and control of components and for the daily clerical functions including production tracking and maintenance of production records. Directs the daily activities of production operators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following. (Other duties may be assigned).

· Utilizes work orders for kitting operation to complete monthly schedule requirements issued from Bard Access.

· Pulls components as required to complete orders.

· Responsible for manufacturing start up of runs on the production floor. Responsible for movement of released production runs to the finished goods warehouse.

· Responsible for maintaining inventories in component storage areas.

· Responsible for pulling and sending out component shipments to other facilities.

· Returns production floor restocks to the component storage areas.

· Attends training sessions as directed.

· Helps train production operators as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Proficient in the use of a personal computer with basic level of keyboarding skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High school education or equivalent preferred.

· One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor, management and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to complete basic math calculations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to be a self-starter with the initiative to perform job responsibilities without direct supervision. Accuracy, completeness and attention to detail are essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is often required to stand and reach with hands and arms and lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds. Employee is required to meet with other personnel in other areas of the building.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Employee is required to operate all types of material handling equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

A person in this job will occasionally be exposed to moderate to occasionally loud noise and will work near moving mechanical parts.

This is a manufacturing warehouse environment.
