Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Covington, GA
Peachtree Immediate Care, part of the CRH Healthcare system, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high‑quality urgent care services. The role focuses on acute illness and injury care, chronic condition management, minor office procedures, and physical examinations for a walk‑in patient population.

- Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members

- Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up
- Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments
- Conduct physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual examinations
- Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries
- 2+ years of experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and a valid state license
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, etc.)
- Detail‑oriented and confident in adhering to medical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems
- Experience in occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug‑testing protocols, and physicals
- Respect and autonomy in decision‑making
- Team‑based approach to patient care
- ACLS/BLS certifications (provided if needed)
