Registered Nurse - MedSurg, Float Pool, Days

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

They function within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• No prior experience required; new graduates are eligible.
• Hospital experience is preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN roles.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or multistate license.
• BCLS certification; advanced specialty certifications may be required if applicable.
