Role:

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state; BLS certification required
• Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care from birth through the lifecycle
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care activities of nursing staff to ensure quality standards
• Adhere to organizational policies, demonstrating professionalism and accountability
