We’re searching for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant who shares our commitment to compassionate care and enjoys working in a team-focused setting. You’ll work alongside four veterinarians and a skilled team of 5 to 6 assistants, collaborating daily to provide high quality care for our patients and a great experience for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to put your skills to work, share what you know with your teammates, and continue growing in your role.

As a vet assistant or technician, you will:

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures
• Monitor anesthesia and support patients before, during, and after surgery
• Support diagnostic and treatment procedures to help the day run smoothly
• Collect and process lab samples
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed
• Educate clients on pet care, treatment plans, and preventative health
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for whatever the day brings
• Safely restrain patients while keeping their comfort top of mind
• Manage medical records accurately
• Greet clients and create a welcoming visit from check-in to check-out
• Help create a calm, compassionate experience for every pet

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting (required)
• Ability to commute to Covington, GA 30016 (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift animals and stand for long periods
• Punctual, reliable, and eager to help
