Shift 2:
Kitting QC, 2nd shift. Training on 1st shift (0600-2:30) for first two weeks, then transition to 2nd shift.

Must be open to overtime, which can include Saturdays.

• The Quality Control Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of testing within the Kitting department.
• This entry-level position is based in a warehouse environment.
• The associate will undergo training on the first shift (0600-2:30) for the first two weeks, after which they will transition to the second shift.

• Conduct inspections of products to assess quality and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Determine the final disposition of products based on inspection results.
• Detect and address nonconforming conditions promptly.
• Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods.
• Maintain compliance with quality guidelines, regulations, and standards.
• Identify basic non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary paperwork.

• High School Education or equivalent.
• One to two (1-2) years of related Quality Control experience or equivalent.
• Must have experience with heavy documentation and accurate completion of paperwork.
