You will analyze data, prepare detailed QA reports, and collaborate with training and management to close performance gaps. Requires 2+ years in QA, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Quality Management, and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/JDE/i5 is a plus. Hybrid role with Monday–Friday shifts.
