Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Covington, GA
Pay Range: $19.00/hour
- Perform quality assurance evaluations using Microsoft Forms and other quality monitoring tools.
- Monitor interactions and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and service quality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with management and training teams.
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience (non-warehouse environment).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10.
- Experience evaluating performance metrics, scorecards, or quality standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Hybrid work schedule with remote Fridays.
