Merchandising Assistant Manager

Dollar Tree - 11180 Highway 142 N - Responsibilities:
Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities;
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed;
Protect and secure company assets, including store cash;
Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards;
Process corporate directives related to store activities (Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests);
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash disposal;
Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates;
Assist Store Manager with duties including processing receipt/return of merchandise and managing freight flow;
Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items, according to productivity standards;
Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners and maintain merchandising displays
