Job Description

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities, developing new business opportunities that align with the company’s goals, and contributing to overall team success.
Experience calling upon hospitals, offices, and clinical settings is required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
  • Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in‑service as required.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge within respective disease states.
  • Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners.
  • Present sales modules, presentations, workshops, and the overall sales training curriculum at new‑hire training classes and sales meetings.
Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum BA/BS with two to four years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong customer service, professionalism, negotiation, coaching, and team‑building skills.
  • Capable of precise communication with high competency in understanding written and verbal information; strong listening and personal assessment skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and to gather, analyze, and solve problems independently.
  • Sound understanding of basic mathematical processes and ability to assimilate numerical information.
  • Proficient computer skills: intermediate keyboarding, MS Excel, MS Word, and BD sales information systems.
  • Valid state‑issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meeting BD’s auto safety standards.
Salary

$ - $207,888 Base + Commission.
