Commercial Sales Representative

We specialize in innovative commercial pest management, consulting clients on the latest SMART technology and techniques. With our branch offices throughout Georgia and the Carolinas, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll sell all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito, and wildlife exclusion services. You will work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

• Enthusiastic, dedicated, with an eye for detail and a love of customer service.
• Experienced with B2B sales; prior pest control or construction sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
• Proficient in effective selling strategies, prospecting, negotiation, and phone skills.
• Ethical, with integrity and strong communication skills.
• Quickly earns technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.

• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Diplomatic handling of difficult customers.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Team player who works productively with a wide range of people and independently.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Available for a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Driver’s License (Required).
• Must complete a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screening prior to starting employment.
