Territory Manager - Indianapolis

Job Overview

The Specialist for Urology and Critical Care will be responsible for driving sales revenue in the state of Indiana to exceed division priorities, defining and developing new business opportunities that align with the company’s goals, and contributing to overall team success.

• Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
• Define and develop new business opportunities that reflect company goals.
• Maintain clinical excellence and stay current on product, programs, and competitive knowledge.
• Manage challenging situations quickly and creatively.
• Call upon hospital, office, and clinical settings to build relationships.
• Develop key relationships through frequent visits, product demonstrations, in‑services, and procedural observation.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital management, and executive personnel.
• Participate in Field Sales Training programs or provide services as a Field Sales Trainer when called upon.
• Manage territory with integrity in accordance with BD’s Code of Ethics and all applicable policies, rules and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related area.
• 3‑5 years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license that meets BD's auto safety standards.

• Experience in medical technology or medical device sales.
