• 2+ years of experience in outside sales (fabrication, mechanical, or industrial sales preferred)
• Strong network in the mechanical piping and manufacturing space is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Pipefitter
• Ability to understand technical drawings and fabrication processes
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and confident in cold outreach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
• High sense of urgency
