The Endourology Territory Manager will be responsible for all sales activities promoting our products to new and existing customers within a defined territory. The TM will receive regular visits from the Regional Manager and will participate in monthly business reviews to ensure appropriate support to achieve their objectives. The TM will also receive training on all products and therapies as well as having access to marketing materials to assist in presentations to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process within target accounts
- Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs through product education and proper positioning of Bard products
- Gather competitive intelligence on market trends, product offerings, pricing, and potential impact on business
- Conduct field visits including surgeon offices, hospitals, and clinics to perform product demonstrations and educational seminars
- Perform root cause analysis on lost or declining sales and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain and analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity within the market and target accounts
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management, including weekly call activity reports, expense reports, and quarterly forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may offset requirement
- Minimum three years of outside sales experience with a single sales organization
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, purchasing dynamics, and physician preferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Siebel CRM
Travel within the assigned territory is required, and the position may require a minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week, though remote or field‑based arrangements may apply in certain locations.
