Equipment Maintenance Technician

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Technician. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

  Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

The Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Technician will support facility and conveyor system operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintaining automated conveyor systems and facility equipment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and control system issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Install and set up new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory and upkeep of repair tools and supplies.
• Support general facility maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance:
  Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or industrial environment required.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor systems required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot multiple voltage systems.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with work order systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts as needed.

• Preventive maintenance on automated conveyor systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience with 12V / 24V AC/DC power; 120V / 208V power; 277V / 480V power.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
