A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Technician. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).
Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Technician | Details and Compensation- Location:
Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site - Payrate: $26/hr
- Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
The Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Technician will support facility and conveyor system operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintaining automated conveyor systems and facility equipment.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- Benefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short‑term disability insurance.
- 401(k) with a company match is available for full‑time employees after 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and control system issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Install and set up new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory and upkeep of repair tools and supplies.
- Support general facility maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable). - Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. - 2+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or industrial environment required.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor systems required.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot multiple voltage systems.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with work order systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts as needed.
- Preventive maintenance on automated conveyor systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience with 12V / 24V AC/DC power; 120V / 208V power; 277V / 480V power.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
