401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: 2nd shift 3:00pm–11:30pm (Mon–Fri) + mandatory weekend overtime as scheduled; flexibility for other shifts if needed Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on warehouse conveyor systems Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve issues Perform general maintenance (plumbing/electrical) and repairs (electrical/controls/HVAC/mechanical) Install/setup new equipment;

maintain inventory of repair supplies Follow safety/quality standards and document all maintenance/repair work Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Conveyor systems maintenance experience (not automotive/fleet mechanic experience) Electrical, controls, and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience performing preventive maintenance and facility/equipment repairs Comfortable with weekend overtime / off-shift coverage as needed Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance
