Location:

Covington, GA. Full time, 40+ hrs/wk. First and second shift available. Contract with potential for permanent based on attendance, performance, and business needs. On‑site.

Compensation: $28.00/hr benefits after 90 days. 401(k) match after 1 year.

Availability: 1st shift Monday–Friday plus mandatory weekend overtime (flexible if other shifts offered).

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on automated conveyor systems
• Conduct regular facility inspections; identify issues and complete repairs
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs
• Repair building structures and systems (electrical, controls, HVAC, mechanical)
• Install and set up equipment and maintain inventory of repair tools and supplies
• Follow safety and quality standards; document all work completed

• High School Diploma/GED. Attendance mandatory first 90 days.
• Hands‑on conveyor maintenance experience (warehouse conveyor mechanic experience)
• Electrical, controls, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Flexible to mandatory weekend overtime
• Relevant maintenance experience: 3.5–5 years real‑world experience

• Electrical troubleshooting: 12V/24V AC/DC, 120V/208V, 277V/480V
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Work order process experience (SAP)
