Roles & Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trucks (inter-company deliveries, vendors, etc.)
- Load outbound trucks (inter-company shipments, off-site warehouses, etc.)
- Locate and retrieve products; replenish picking locations using FEFO methodology
- Move pallets on dock and stack/transport products as needed
- Operate forklifts to move inventory
- Complete all duties safely and timely, following departmental standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with GMPs
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) per SOPs
- Work safely and diligently to maintain proper working conditions
- Perform general warehouse associate duties as required
- Train new hires on RF functions when needed
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Comply with safety requirements, including wearing safety shoes
- Prior experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Lift equipment
- Experience in the safe operation of material handling equipment
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math proficiency
- Problem-solving and reasoning capabilities
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven and fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Licensed to operate material handling equipment
