Flatbed Truck Driver

Qualifications

To qualify for this driving position you must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have recent flatbed driving experience.
• Show 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience.

• Reliable income in your pocket. Drivers earn a $1,800 weekly minimum when averaging 2,200 miles per week.*
• Step in and start earning immediately. We offer a $1,500 signing bonus and an additional $1,100 orientation completion pay.*
• Real weekend reset. Run for two weeks and be home weekends for a minimum of 48 hours, so you get a real reset.
• Freight that keeps you earning. Our freight is 40% drop + hook and 40% of loads do not require tarping, so you can focus on the road, not on your load.
• No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two‑week onboarding while you build new skills.
