Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse using handcarts, conveyors, and power trucks
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and follow established SOPs for material handling
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient functioning
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
- Uphold safety and quality standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or a related field
- Valid forklift certification required
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry
- Strong communication skills; ability to read and interpret documents in English
- Capable of performing basic math calculations
- Physically able to lift/move items over 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
- Demonstrated adherence to safety and quality protocols

Preferred Skills

- Experience with logistics or manufacturing production processes
- Familiarity with metrics-driven work environments
- Analytical skills in operational processes
