[Responsibilities]

- Operate forklifts and approved warehouse equipment to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods.
- Transport goods efficiently within the warehouse, plant, and office areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory and movement records using basic computer applications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Follow metrics-driven processes to meet productivity goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Engage in routine physical activities including lifting, loading, and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying temperature conditions and environments with moderate to high noise levels.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
- Proven forklift operation and valid DT certification.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
- Strong math skills for routine calculations.
- Effective verbal communication and teamwork.
- General computer proficiency.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and handle demanding tasks.
