Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Experience operating Order Pickers

Experience operating Reach Trucks

Experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts with slip and clamp attachments

Experience operating Dock Stockers

Voice Pick system experience

RF scanner experience

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

Ability to read and interpret warehouse, shipping, and distribution documents

Ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to meet productivity and accuracy metrics

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

Organizational and prioritization skills

General warehouse and distribution knowledge

Safe material handling practices

Inventory movement and warehouse operations knowledge

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders by scanning barcodes

Pick products for customer orders

Label boxes for shipment

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Use RF scanners to process orders accurately

Utilize warehouse technology and inventory systems

Verify order accuracy before shipment

Package shipments according to company standards

Palletize completed orders

Scan and retrieve products for pallet building

Stage products on pallets for shipment

Re-palletize products as needed

Perform dock manifest duties

Scan completed pallets for shipment processing

Operate shrink-wrap equipment

Transport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE)

Load inbound shipments using WMS systems

Unload outbound shipments using WMS systems

Ensure safe loading and unloading practices

Prevent product damage during material handling

Operate parcel manifest stations

Process shipping and transportation documentation

Complete assigned duties in accordance with department standards

Follow departmental procedures and work instructions

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Comply with SOPs and warehouse procedures

Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Complete required RF device training

Maintain system access profiles and certifications

Maintain current status on required training modules

Follow workplace safety policies and procedures

Promote a safe working environment

Prevent workplace injuries through safe work practices

Operate material handling equipment safely

Report equipment damage and maintenance issues immediately

Maintain equipment certifications

Keep equipment clean and properly stored

Support warehouse security initiatives

Report hazards, accidents, and unsafe conditions

Report suspicious activity when observed

Support organizational quality standards and goals

Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards

Ensure facility cleanliness and organization

Participate in Hazmat awareness training

Complete safety and security training as required

Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions

Provide backup support during absences and peak workloads

Assist with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations

Perform additional duties as assigned
