• Performs warehouse/material distribution tasks related to receiving and shipment of product.
• Moves inventory by operating a forklift.

• Unloads inbound trucks, including inter‑company deliveries and vendor shipments.
• Loads outbound trucks, including inter‑company shipments and off‑site warehouses.
• Locates and retrieves products, replenishing picking locations using FEFO methodology.
• Moves pallets on the dock.
• Stacks or transports products from larger sterilization pallets to regular pallets before moving by forklift to the dock.
• Ensures all duties are completed safely and timely, following department standards and procedures.
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in GMPs.
• Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOPs.
• Takes safety first, maintaining safe working conditions and adhering to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• May be required to perform warehouse associate duties.
• May be required to train new hires on radio‑frequency (RF) functions.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance at work.
• Safety shoes required for the position.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Must be able to concentrate and remain alert at all times.
• Must work well with others.
• Experienced in the safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Licensed to operate material handling equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience on cherry picker or reach lift.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Good basic math skills.

• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs in some areas.
• Walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, hearing, twisting, lifting, and frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Occasional climbing required.
