Required skills:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with safety programs and regulatory compliance
• Additional certifications related to warehouse operations or safety

Preferred education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ideally 2+ years

Other requirements:

• Availability to work the scheduled shift from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Ability to onboard new employees and work collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive attitude towards safety and process improvement
