Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
A well‑established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of key financial processes and support plant‑level and corporate reporting. This role is ideal for a proactive accounting professional who enjoys both detailed analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage cost accounting, inventory analysis, and standard costing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to operations and leadership
- Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and performance tracking
- Assist with internal controls, audits, and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
You’ll play a key role in financial accuracy and operational decision‑making, work closely with plant leadership, and have opportunities to influence process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
