Accounts Executive

Job Description

Accounting:

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Manage billing, collection and payment for AR, AP, reimbursement, and mics.
• Maintain schedules of balance sheet/trial balance as assigned.
• Handle and liaise for corporate secretary documents as/when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting position is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and XERO Accounting Software
• Strong knowledge on basic accounting, good attention to detail, neat, efficient, and organized.
• Good team player with positive attitude and able to work multi-tasks.
