Job SummaryYou will manage import/export and logistics operations while supporting general administration to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate documentation at Axis Petrochem.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage order processing and shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations
- Coordinate logistics activities with vendors and partners on orders, payments, deliveries, and sample handling to maintain seamless supply chain flow
- Process invoices and provide payment-related administrative support to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries to track operational performance and support decision-making
- Monitor and follow up on all logistics and administrative processes to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow continuity
- Reconcile Warehouse Management System (WMS) reports with internal systems to ensure data accuracy
- Verify invoice accuracy against quotations to prevent billing errors
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for easy retrieval and compliance
- Establish and maintain office operations, infrastructure, and upkeep to support a productive work environment
- Provide ad hoc administrative support based on evolving business needs to enhance operational efficiency
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administration roles
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with inventory software such as Zoho Inventory
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently within a small team and demonstrate proactive problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
