Salary Range: $4,539 - $7,042 per month. Eligible for a 5% allowance for bilingual skills. Potential 5% annual increase.

In this role you will process and docket juvenile judgments and orders, enter documents into the case register, update dockets and court calendars, schedule hearings and trials, and monitor pending cases. You will compose correspondence and route orders and judgments for the judge’s signature. Your interactions will include judges, court staff, attorneys, parties, and the public. You will provide customer service by answering questions, preparing copies of records, and processing payments.
Additional duties include creating audio recordings, maintaining a typed journal of events, performing real‑time data entry, swearing in witnesses, marking and processing exhibits, accepting and filing documents, and processing orders and judgments.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting involving processing of financial, administrative, or legal documents; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to 3 years.
- Experience performing a variety of clerical or administrative support tasks under strict, competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency with computer and software programs to access and input information, coordinate schedules, and maintain calendars.
- Experience providing customer service to individuals in challenging circumstances.
- Skill in writing and reviewing documents for accuracy, content, grammar, and punctuation.
- Experience handling cash or credit card transactions and generating receipts.
This is a full‑time position, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required. The role involves frequent in‑person and phone contact with the public, daily data entry, and multitasking. The candidate may be required to sit or stand at a computer and lift up to 25 pounds. Use of electronic recording equipment, multimedia equipment, phone, computer, copy machine, fax, scanner, and other office equipment is expected.
