We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ohio. This full-time position offers an annual salary of USD 70,000 and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in administration. As a Junior Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by ensuring smooth operations and efficient administrative processes.
You will be working closely with various departments, providing essential support to help maintain and enhance our company's productivity and effectiveness.
- Assist in managing daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as required.
- Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, partners, and team members in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to improve office workflows and efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Experience with office management software, such as SAP or Quick Books.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles.
- Previous experience in a corporate setting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
