About this role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin Senior to join our dynamic team in Ohio. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 - USD 100,000 annually. As an Admin Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting senior management, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth information flow and collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Manage office resources and supplies, negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and other functions, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Experience in project management or event coordination.
- Familiarity with office management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in office administration or management.
- Experience working in a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Knowledge of financial and budgetary principles.
