Schedule

Full-time; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)

Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial assistance for the office of Testing & Registration.
  • Answer phones and handle in‑person customer inquiries, respond to emails and incoming mail.
  • Enter information into a database to update files, print invoices, licenses, certificates and permits.
  • Prepare correspondence and work on special projects.
  • Assist in proctoring and grading on‑site or off‑site licensing exams.
Qualifications

Minimum of one year of training or experience in secretarial science or business office applications. For positions requiring technical terminology, a minimum of six months of training or experience in relevant technical terminology is also required. Equivalents to the minimum class qualifications will be considered.
