ScheduleFull-time; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)
Responsibilities- Provide general secretarial assistance for the office of Testing & Registration.
- Answer phones and handle in‑person customer inquiries, respond to emails and incoming mail.
- Enter information into a database to update files, print invoices, licenses, certificates and permits.
- Prepare correspondence and work on special projects.
- Assist in proctoring and grading on‑site or off‑site licensing exams.
Minimum of one year of training or experience in secretarial science or business office applications. For positions requiring technical terminology, a minimum of six months of training or experience in relevant technical terminology is also required. Equivalents to the minimum class qualifications will be considered.
