Job Overview
Primary responsibilities include billing orders, providing logistics information for customer service, handling cancellations, and preparing orders. The role also involves assisting with daily outbound functions such as manifesting, billing, and interacting with drivers, and utilizing BFO to answer customer requests (CRs).
Responsibilities- Bill orders and manage billing processes.
- Provide logistics information to customer service and handle cancellations.
- Prepare orders for outbound shipment.
- Assist with manifesting and billing for outbound operations.
- Interact with drivers as needed.
- Utilize BFO system to answer customer requests.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Computer skills and ability to use basic office software.
- Professional and respectful communication skills via phone, email, and in person.
- Desire to learn, grow, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to operational needs.
- Report to Warehouse Supervisor.
