- Support bid defenses planning logistics and track BDM travel
- Assist with coordination with clients and provide administrative support for client meetings occurring at River Center
- Manage the organization of onboarding new team members into the department including identifying training needs for each individual and tracking completion
- Support BD sales leadership in developing and maintaining content and training for the sales team
- Support BD sales leadership in maintaining and developing new hire onboarding materials
- Manage BD sales leadership meeting calendars including prioritizing and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead organization of department wide meetings including quarterly BD sales meetings, weekly BD management meeting, and all other commercial wide meetings in collaboration with BD Sales and Operations leadership including capturing and distributing key meeting deliverables
- Assist with the organization/administrative support of conferences and related expenses
- Assist with meeting exhibit planning
- Lead department wide organization and tracking and overall SharePoint organization
- Oversee compliance with expense management processes for the sales organization, including reviewing and approving all incurred expenses within prescribed timelines
- Coordinate with Global Travel department and prepare travel arrangements for members of the Commercial team
- Track commercial spend broadly against budget across key categories
- 5 years administrative experience supporting sales teams
- Able to effectively interact with clients, vendors and employees
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High School Diploma
