Executive Assistant (Direct Hire) – Louisville, KY | Fully Onsite
LHH is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced professional services environment. This high‑impact, client‑facing role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑driven, and thrives under deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, email, and daily priorities
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and take detailed notes
- Deliver high‑level client service and communication
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Proofread and edit professional communications
- Coordinate with third parties, including legal contacts
- Oversee client billing processes and ensure accuracy
- Proven Executive Assistant or high‑level administrative experience
- Background in CPA, financial services, or legal environments strongly preferred
- Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Standard:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Busy season (Jan–April):
Extended weekday hours + occasional Saturdays (never exceeding 60 hours/week)
- $65,000–$75,000 annually (DOE)
