Keeps the director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.serves as a liaison between the clinical operations director, staff and the public, including receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution. Greets visitors, manages inbound calls and must be able to precisely record, transcribe and dispense detailed minutes of meetings.creates,
edits, reviews and proofreads documents using power point, excel, and word. Composes letters and correspondence as needed. Provides technical assistance during conference calls and presentations. Maintains the filing system and ensures accurate, timely completion of routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks assigned. Handles sensitive information with professionalism and integrity while communicating openly and often among team members.performs additional and/or alternative duties supporting the director of human resources in areas of recruitment, staffing, onboarding and routine administrative tasks.performs
additional duties as assigned for other executive staff, leadership team members and departments, including emergency preparedness and response activities. Responsibilities may change based on operational needs.minimum education, training or experience:high school diploma or ged. Five (5) years of professional business or public administrative experience preferably in a medical, hospital or administrative office environment supporting executive staff using electronic office equipment and professional software.or bachelor
