Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs

Write repair orders and provide clear, accurate estimates

Recommend maintenance and additional services based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs

Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care

Review completed work and finalize invoices at vehicle pickup

Maintain accurate service and warranty documentation

Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to upsell services while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI)

Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management systems preferred

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent
